I cannot tell you how good of a game you'll get if you buy Audiosurf. It's one of those simple games that makes you lose track of time. You basically have to play Tetris while moving to the beat of the music. And the best part is, the replay value is as big as your music collection. It'll play any song you throw at it, even Celiene Dion (I see you giggling in joy over there, Batman). I can't praise this game enough since its asking price is so low.
